Tweek and Craig battle in “Tweek vs. Craig,” South Park episode 304

By way of religion, this episode doesn’t have a whole lot to offer, though it is interesting that as Cartman teaches Craig Sumo-wrestling, he says some words in what are meant to be Japanese. The Master tells Craig that he must have “dees-a-preen,” similar to the words of the karate teacher in episode 914, “Bloody Mary.” Same Asian teacher?

What is nice in this episode are the words that the shop teacher’s dead fiance tell him at the end about saying goodbye and living life:

“Saying good-bye doesn’t mean anything. It’s the time that we spent together that really matters, not how we left it.”

Beautiful.
